Thursday evenings (minus Thanksgiving!)
6:30-8 pm on Zoom
Cost: $45 per week (collected in one payment of $450 or two payments of $225)
Includes all materials from official Marsha Linehan training manual and special supplemental material

Did you know that you have the power to change how you feel, to experience more pleasant moments and fewer unpleasant ones?


Emotion Regulation is the part of DBT concerned with helping us build "a life worth living"—first by identifying and understanding the role of our emotions, then by reducing our vulnerability to negative emotions and working to "crisis-proof" our lives. Once we have this foundation, we can learn how to savor positive experiences in line with our most vital values.

DBT can benefit people who struggle with overwhelming emotions and self-destructive behaviors, as well as people generally looking to gain skills to improve their mood, daily functioning, and relationships.​


This skills-based group will be co-facilitated by therapists trained in DBT. Members may choose whether to enroll in the next module (Interpersonal Effectiveness), to begin in early 2022.

Please note that in order to enroll in DBT, you must be currently seeing an outpatient therapist, though that person need not be working on DBT with you.
