I'm enthusiastic to be able to provide individual and group supervision toward LCSW licensure in Virginia. I approach supervision in a collaborative and affirming way, attuning to your strengths and supporting your autonomy—while also providing honest feedback about areas of growth. I'm particularly interested in how you are thinking and feeling about your work, and how you envision continuing to evolve as a therapist.
