THERAPEUTIC BOOK CLUB: NOW ENROLLING!

August 24th-November 2nd
Every other Wednesday via Zoom
4:30-6 pm

So many of us are on our own individual healing journeys—coping with past trauma, attachment injuries, and childhood wounds—all while striving to create the lives we want in the present.

Thanks to the internet, we have access to more information than ever before to accompany us in these journeys—and yet, what may be missing is the support and encouragement of other people who actually get it.

If you'd like to read and process a high-quality "self-help" book within a supportive community setting, facilitated by experienced and compassionate therapists, this group may be just what you've been looking for!

In six biweekly sessions, we will read and discuss Lindsay A. Gibson's Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: How to Heal from Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents.

The $300 group fee includes:

  • participation in six, 80-minute Zoom discussion sessions (held over 12 weeks), co-facilitated by licensed therapists

  • guidance in working through prompts and exercises from the book

  • access to a private discussion board where you can engage with group members and leaders in between sessions

If you are interested in participating in this group, or would like to find out more, please get in touch.
